SCREENING PROCESS

On Call Mortgage Staffing is dedicated to attracting top talent to ensure availability of quality candidates for our clients. When it comes to selecting the best candidates, our searches exceed the traditional job boards, user groups, internal databases, career fairs, trade shows and networking events. We also look to local junior colleges, universities and alumni associations. In addition to these resources, some of our most outstanding candidates are from client and candidate referrals.

Through pre-screening and recruiting, the following procedures are taken to identify the quality candidates we represent:

A telephone interview
An in-person interview with at least two recruiters
Management and completion of employment paperwork
Skill assessment tests, if applicable
Reference checking
DMV, credit and criminal checks per client requests

Once the necessary information is obtained, we can then place the candidate in a position that is best suited for them as well as the client.
